In the cooler season your hideout will be the comfortable dining hall with beamed ceiling and old prints; in the summer the magic doubles up: the dinner is served in the garden and the restaurant becomes your living room under the stars.

"Our Third Visit as Lovely as the First" - May 22, 2010 We hope to visit Hotel Belvedere for the fourth time in the not-too-distant future. It is a truly special place in the midst of some of the most beautiful country in Tuscany. The hotel is well-maintained with lovely gardens and a working vineyard. The rooms are classic Tuscan with tile floor and window shutters (at least in our rooms). Their dining room puts out some wonderful fare, and breakfast is lovely as well. They also have a comfortable and welcoming bar/reception area where you can sample local wines at very reasonable prices. And the location is perfect. Youc an explore northern Tuscany's wine region to your heart's content, or any number of nearby hill towns, plus Siena.
