The hotel is surrounded by its 7 hectares of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero vineyards, 3 hectares of olive groves, and 2 hectares of arable land and woodland. At an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, on soils composed of galestro and alberese, vines are cultivated predominantly with Sangiovese and complementary varieties such as Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Trebbiano, and Malvasia. An excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from approximately 300 olive trees.
